Maiblau offers customized incentive travel and team building trips, as well as professionally managed motivational coaching and event organization.

Marcel leads the Maiblau team. He founded Maiblau after several years of experience as a project manager and consultant in the real estate industry.
After studying international business administration in Berlin, he moved to Prague, where he currently resides. Through his accumulated experience in the corporate sector, he discovered the desire to inspire other companies to tap their potential through team building and incentive trips.
Since 2014 he develops online presences, identities and ecommerce and digital marketing strategies for companies, mostly in the tourism sector.
